How do you keep the interest in these values alive in your department? How do you work towards a value driven organization? And how do you deal with them?
The Flemish government wants to be an organization that is driven by four values: trust, openness, flexibility and decisiveness in order to anticipate the trends and needs of society. They want to create a value driven corporate culture.
As part of the larger project Values in Action by the Flemish government this one- and-a-half hour workshop was meant for the senior civil servants. From their own experience they understood the values mentioned above better.
